පහත සබැදි ඔස්සේ පිවිස, දී ඇති උපදෙස් මැනවින් පරිශීලනය කර , නිවැරදිව සම්පූර්ණ කළ අයැදුම්පත් 2022 දෙසැම්බර් 08 වන දිනට පෙර යොමු කරන මෙන් කාරුණිකව දන්වමි.

අසම්පූර්ණ හා නියමිත දිනට ඉදිරිපත් නොවන අයැදුම්පත් පිළිබදව නැවත සලකා බලනු නොලැබේ.
